Dropbox to Salesforce Integration

Dropbox

Dropbox is cloud file storage. Use this when the CSV already sits in a Dropbox folder and needs to load into Salesforce, or when Salesforce data needs to land as a file in that folder.

Import CSV from Dropbox to Salesforce

Load a CSV from Dropbox into Salesforce. Insert, update, upsert, or delete Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, and custom objects.

Connect Dropbox

Connect with Dropbox sign-in. You may need to allow the Dataimporter IP addresses.

Pick the file

On the job, browse folders and files and choose the CSV to load, plus the Salesforce object. If the filename changes, use a wildcard so the job can find the latest match.

Map, clean, and schedule

Set the field mapping and cleaning rules once, then schedule the job. The same file can run again, or a new file can be picked up as it lands in the folder.

Export from Salesforce to Dropbox

Write a Salesforce object out to a path in Dropbox. Enter the export path and the object to export from.
