Azure SQL is Microsoft's managed SQL database. Use this when the data already lives in Azure SQL and needs to load into Salesforce without a manual export.
Load rows from an Azure SQL table into Salesforce. Insert, update, upsert, or delete Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, and custom objects.
Create the connection with a name, host, port, username, password, and database. You may need to allow the Dataimporter IP addresses on the database first. Check the values before you save.
On the job, select the table to extract and the Salesforce object to load into. Then map the columns you want.
On the Clean screen you can add an SQL filter so the job only pulls the rows you need. Set the mapping and cleaning rules once, then schedule the job.
